Wet Your Whistles was created by Joey and Jen McDaniel, married drinking buddies for two years and counting.  They are both self-proclaimed "beer snobs" who like to drink, but drink responsibly!  They developed this site because they both have a love of quality beer and fun new adventures.  Living near the Caltrain line has encouraged them to explore the San Francisco Bay Area and the many towns along the rail line looking for fun places to enjoy a drink, a snack, a game and a song.  Taking Caltrain to find these new locations allows them both to enjoy a quality brew or two.  Or to state that in mathematical terms:

Quality Beer x Tasty Food + Caltrain = Great Times

They like to share the bars, restaurants, and brewpubs they've discovered riding the train.  They welcome submissions of locations, reviews, comments and ideas about exploring the food and drink options you can reach when riding Caltrain.
